Have a look at the wide variety of flavours and combinations in our range. All ingredients are natural, without preservatives, colourants or flavourants. All our products are available in glass jars – either 250 ml round or 260 ml square, depending on the variant.
We will manufacture in glass jars of 125ml and 28ml sizes to order. All sizes are also perfect for gifts, gift packs and hampers. We offer the hospitality industry catering sizes to order, up to approx. 3.5kg units. All prices available on request.
Marmalades – Standard Range
ORANGE
A sweet marmalade, made from table oranges and lemons, sweet on the tongue with a subtle bitter orangey aftertaste.
SEVILLE ORANGE
The most traditional of all marmalades – made from the famous Seville oranges – bitter orange flavour for those who prefer bitter to sweet.
THREE FRUIT
Three fruits – grapefruit, oranges and lemons – a blend of bitter and sweet resulting in a complex and layered flavour.
RUBY GRAPEFRUIT
A uniquely soft, bitter-ish flavour reminiscent of sugared grapefruit at breakfast.
NAARTJIE
Mild and sweet – no hint of bitterness.

Tart and tangy for those who want a kickstart to their day.

RUBY GRAPEFRUIT WITH CAMPARI
Our newest and most exciting marmalade – ruby grapefruit with the addition of Campari. This is a wonderfully bitter marmalade with amazing flavour and a long finish.
CHOCOLATE ORANGE
Oranges and 70% dark chocolate – try it on warm croissants or English muffins with cream.
LIME, LEMON & GINGER
An award winning marmalade – tangy but subtle and soft on the palate, with a hint of ginger from preserved ginger pieces.
ORANGE GINGER
Sweet with a subtle ginger taste, made from table oranges and preserved ginger pieces.
WHISKY ORANGE
A sweet orange marmalade with the addition of Bell’s Scotch Whisky – great for a wee dram at breakfast.
LIME MOJITO
Award winning marmalade – reminiscent of the cocktail – limes with the addition of mint and Bacardi Rum – fresh and minty in flavour.
CINNAMON ORANGE
A sweet orange marmalade with a touch of cinnamon to give that exotic North African flavour.
Jams
STRAWBERRY
Full of flavour and rich in colour – better than any mass produced strawberry jam.
RASPBERRY
Full flavour red raspberry, not too sweet.
MIXED BERRY
A dark tart berry jam comprising strawberries, raspberries, red currants, blueberries.
PLUM
Dark red plums make for a fresh tasting dark red jam – beautiful flavour (seasonal).
APRICOT
South Africa’s favourite traditional apricot jam.
GUAVA
Fresh guavas bring back childhood memories of a true guava taste (seasonal).
FIG
Either fresh Cape figs or purple figs – either way the taste is wonderful.
Relishes
BRANDIED CRANBERRY SAUCE
A tart sweetish sauce made from cranberries, sugar and brandy. Perfect with roast turkey, pork, or venison and great with cheese and biscuits.
ONION MARMALADE
Caramelised onions, red wine, vinegar and sugar, with a little chilli, which adds a kick at the end-excellent with cheese and biscuits.
TOMATO CHILLI JAM
A thick sweet tomato spread with a mild chilli flavour – try it on hamburgers, hot-dogs, with brie and other mild cheeses.
PICCALILLI
A range of al dente vegetables in a subtle mustard and vinegar sauce – the quintessential relish for that pub lunch or cheese platter.
